Qur’an Contradiction Did Allah Create Earth Or Heaven First?

Allah makes a challenge saying if we can find any contradiction then we would know that the Qur’an is not from god. Let’s take Allah up on his challenge and get him busted! First, let’s show the challenge so Muslims cannot say we are lying.

The Challenge

[4:82] sūrat l-nisāa (The Women)

Here’s the Tafsir from one of their top scholars al-Jalalayn

What do they not ponder do they not contemplate the Qur’ān? and the marvellous truths contained in it. If it had been from other than God surely they would have found therein much inconsistency much contradiction in meaning and irregularity in arrangement.

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

The challenge from Allah is set and we fully accept this challenge, let us laugh together!

Earth Created First

[2:29] sūrat l-baqarah (The Cow)

Here in this verse, Allah says he created all (everything) that is on the Earth, so Allah created everything on Earth that’s the first step. The verse goes on to say then he directed himself to heaven and made them seven heavens, this is the second step. So Allah (1) created the Earth and (2) then created the heavens. Clear and simple.

Let’s quote two scholars to prove this is correct, let us take a look at al-Jalalayn and Ibn Kathir.

He it is Who created for you all that is in the earth that is the earth and all that is in it so that you may benefit from and learn lessons from it; then after creating the earth He turned to that is He made His object heaven and levelled them fa-sawwāhunna the pronoun -hunna refers to ‘heaven’ since it heaven is implicit in the import of the sentence attributed to it the pronoun that is to say He made them thus as He says in another verse fa-qadāhunna so He determined them Q. 4112 seven heavens and He has knowledge of all things in their totality and in their individual detail so do you not then think that the One who has the power to create this to begin with which is much greater than what you are also has the power to bring you back after death?

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

Now the next scholar is Ibn Kathir

The Earth was created before Heaven Mujahid commented on Allah’s statement, (He it is Who created for you all that is on earth) “Allah created the earth before heaven, and when He created the earth, smoke burst out of it.

Tafsir Ibn-Kathir

Allah created the Earth first [1] I provided the links to both Tafsirs from their scholars from their own Muslim websites, now let us laugh!

Heaven Created First

Now here’s the major contradiction in the Qur’an proving Allah is not god. In Surah 79 we’re given the steps of creation again, notice verse 27 says Allah constructed the heaven, raised it, darken its night etc. And after that He spread the earth?

[79:27-30] sūrat l-nāziʿāt

Hold on but we just read in Surah 29 that Allah created the Earth first and then created the heaven. Then according to Surah 79 Allah created heaven first and then he created the Earth, the order is the opposite.[2] This is a clear contradiction which proves Allah cannot be god. Let’s not forget Allah said in Surah 4 that if it’s not from him we’d find contradictions in it.

If Muslims are honest they would agree this cannot be true, Allah is the one talking and he doesn’t know which one he made first. Even their scholars said Allah created Earth first.

Conclusion

A challenge from us to any Dawah blogs here on WordPress, can you provide evidence against what we have just brought? We showed how the Qur’an has contradictions and cannot be from Allah even if we find just one, then you must reject it as being a false book. Let’s see how many Muslims will answer the call, I doubt any will bring proof.

Let’s see who has the courage to give us proof that the Qur’an has no contradictions. May our risen Lord Jesus Christ be forever magnified for His name is above all names including Muhammad the false prophet.

Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all [things] under his feet, and gave him [to be] the head over all [things] to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Silly Things Muslims Say #9 (@T.M. Guiapar) Isa Was Given The Injil a Greek Book!?

According to Islam Allah sent 124,000 prophets, we do not know who these prophets are because the Qur’an only mentions those which are mentioned in the Bible. The Qur’an says each prophet came with the same message in the language of his (the particular prophet) language.

Sūrat ib’rāhīm 14:4

And here’s the interpretation from the Islamic scholar al-Jalalayn who agrees with the above statement.

And We have not sent any Messenger except with the tongue with the language of his people that he might make the Message clear to them that he might make them understand what he brings to them; God then sends astray whomever He will and He guides whomever He will; and He is the Mighty in His kingdom the Wise in His actions.

Tafsir al-Jalalayn (Sūrat ib’rāhīm 14:4)

These are not Christian interpretations this is straight from Muslim sources, we’re building our case for the main topic at hand. Here’s another interpretation from Ibn-Abbas the cousin of Muhammad, if anyone would understand the Qur’an he certainly should be qualified to give the interpretation. It’s funny because if the Qur’an is “clear” or “easy to understand”[1] [54:17] why do they have all these interpretations?

(And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them) in their own language what they have been commanded with and prohibited from; it is also said that this means: in a language through which it is possible for them to learn. (Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray) from His religion, (and guideth) to His religion (whom He will) whoever deserves to be guided. (He is the Mighty) in His kingdom and sovereignty; it is also said that this means: the Mighty in His retribution against those who do not believe, (the Wise) in His command and decree; it is also said that this means: the Wise in guiding some and misguiding others.

Tafsir Ibn ‘Abbas (Sūrat ib’rāhīm 14:4)

The Injil According to Qur’an

Isa the prophet of Allah was given the Injil, follow the logic here. Isa was sent to the children of Israel.[2] Then why did Allah give Isa the wrong book as the word Injil derives from the Greek language? Shouldn’t Allah have given Isa a book that was in the language of the Jews, namely Hebrew or Aramaic for the time of Jesus?

This means the Injil is a Greek book, which Allah gave Isa to take to the Jews. Arthur Jeffery holds a theological degree from the University of Melbourne and advanced degrees from the University of Edinburgh. He chaired the Department of Near and Middle East Languages at Columbia and contributed to the field of Qurānic studies. In his book The Foreign Vocabulary of the Qur’ān he says:

Gospel. It is used always of the Christian revelation, is particularly associated with Jesus, and occurs only in Madinan passages. Some of the early authorities tried to find an Arabic origin for it, making it a form, but this theory is rejected with some contempt by the commentators Zam. and Baid. both on general grounds, and because of al-Hasan’s reading, which clearly is not an Arabic form. So also the Lexicons LA , xiv, 171; TA , viii, 128; and al-Jawālīqī, 17 (al-Khafājī, 11), give it as a foreign word derived from either Hebrew or Syriac (cf. Ibn al-Athīr, Nihāya , iv, 136). Obviously, it is the Gk. ἐυαγγέλιον, and both Marracci and Fraenkel have thought that it came directly into Arabic from the Greek.”

Jeffery, Arthur. The Foreign Vocabulary of the Qur’ān, BRILL, 2007

If Allah gave Isa a Greek book to bring to guide the Jews this would mean Allah cannot be God, he should have known that the language of the Jews was Hebrew or Aramaic, not Greek! Injil or Injeel has Greek etymological roots.[3]

“The word Injil is generally held by non-Muslim historians to be an abbreviation of the Greek word Ευαγγέλιον”

New World Encyclopedia (Injil)

The Gospel is a word Arabized from (Greek : εὐαγγέλιον, Evangelion) and means the good news, the good news, or the good news of salvation.

ar.wikipedia.org/wiki

Notice T.M. Guiapar just as most Muslims, even if you provide solid evidence which goes against the Islamic belief they will deflect and change the topic. In the green, he resorts to “do you know Arabic” as if he does which he doesn’t, and then he says the Injil was written in Arabic without a lick of evidence.

Highlighted words in red is where he deflects and instead of giving evidence that the Injil was written in Arabic, he asks if Jesus preached from the Gospels of the New Testament. The Gospels were written after the Lord Jesus Christ entered heaven, so this wouldn’t make sense. The Gospel writers are telling us about Jesus Christ and what He has spoken, Christians never claimed Jesus had a book given to Him, that’s an Islamic belief and has no roots in Christianity.

To answer the Abdoools question did Jesus Christ and His disciples know Greek, the answer is an emphatic yes! The Jews in Jerusalem were submerged in a multilingual culture, there were Romans, Greeks and Jews living in close quarters. Christ spoke with Greeks as they came to see Him (John 12:20). Many verses recorded that Christ spoke with Pontius Pilate, a Roman and Pilot who spoke to a crowd of Jews (Matthew 27:13, Matthew 27:17, 22).

We also know there were 3 languages written on the cross of Jesus Christ, Hebrew, Latin and Greek (Luke 23:38, John 19:20). This signifies that people in Jerusalem spoke different languages proving they were able to communicate with each other. To think Jesus only spoke Aramaic is absurd!

Conclusion

It’s painfully obvious that Allah gave the Islamic Jesus (Isa) the wrong book to bring to the Jews, just as the Qur’an says in 14:4 that each prophet would come in the language of the people so that they would be able to easily understand the message. Muslims run away fast from the false prophet Muhammad who’s leading them down the wrong path to hell. There’s no hope in Islam, without lies Islam dies and that’s a fact!

Silly things Muslims say #5 (Dawahpedia Projects)

The Islamic thought is that Islam will dominate the world, so it’s no surprise that Muslims are very zealous in spreading the teaching of Islam. We know of these individuals who want to give dawah in different ways, some engage in giving dawah through debates, blogs, news, fake reaction videos, street booths etc.

There’s a group called Dawahpedia Projects in Canada that will target nominal Christians[1] on the street corner and seek to convert them to Islam. It’s unfortunate because this nominal Christianity is what’s put forth in the public sphere, and sadly the world would think that’s Christianity. Wolves in sheep’s clothing have taken root preaching a false Gospel which has laid hold on helpless souls and we pray that the LORD of Host opens their eyes to the truth.

When they (Muslims) are faced with a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus who’s familiar with Islam’s deceptive tactics, these Muslims become flustered and do not know how to respond because they cannot control the conversation. Case in point wit the following comment from Dawahpedia Projects.

According to this Abdoool Dawahpedia, claims that Jesus is not the Word “OF” Allah, but the verse says Jesus is “His Word.” This Muslim is going against his own Qur’an. I want him to show anyone else called the “Word of Allah” or “His Word” etc. Any language similar to this of any one else besides Jesus.

4:171 Surat l-nisāa (The Women)

Islam teaches that the word of Allah is eternal now this Abdoool has a choice he can either agree that Allah’s word is eternal, but he doesn’t want to admit that because that means Jesus would be eternal. The other option he has is to say Allah’s word is not eternal but created meaning the Qur’an is created and not eternal. Do you see the dilemma Muslims face when asked this question?

According to their own sources, the word of Allah is “Kalimatu minhu” (a Word from him) and wakalimatuhu (his Word) in referring to Jesus both have the same meaning saying Jesus came from Allah as his Word. This title is only given to Jesus, no other prophet bears the same title as Jesus including Muhammad.

Muslims try their best to downplay this unique title only given to Jesus, they will try to say that this refers to when Allah created Isa by saying “Be (kun fa-yakūnu) and it is.” The problem is that when you check out the word-for-word breakdown of the Arabic wakalimatuhu is a 3rd person masculine singular possessive pronoun, with special emphasis on the word possessive.

wakalimatuhu

Possession would be in the genitive case translated “of” if we were studying the Greek New Testament in the Bible that would correlate to “the Son of God” indicating possession. We can confirm this when diving into how the word is used throughout the Qur’an by clicking on the link (wakalimatuhu) you’ll be directed to another page which displays every occurrence of the word.

wakalimatuhu

Virgin birth -The Qur’an gives an account of the birth of Jesus in chapter 3. Mary is described as being a virgin, chosen by God, and considered with great honor. “Behold! the angels said: O Mary! Allah gives you glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary.” [Qur’an 3:45] . Verse 47 relates the response of and to Mary, “She said: O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man has touched me? He said: ‘Even so: Allah creates what He wills: When He has decreed a plan, He merely says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is!”  The Qur’an thus affirms and Muslims believe that Jesus was born of the virgin Mary. The birth is seen as a sign (ayah) of Allah’s power and as a miraculous event. And Muslims have a high regard also for Mary. However, the Qur’an presents Jesus as the son of Mary and not as the Son of God, a significant point particularly emphasized.

Like Adam (pbuh) -Though the unique birth of Jesus with one parent is no indication of divinity just as Adam’s creation was without any parentage [Qur’an 3:59] .

Jesus in Islam

The above quote from Islamicity.org speaks of the Islamic teaching that Adam and Isa (Jesus) were created in the same manner. Comparing the 2 they claim since Jesus had a mother and no father that’s not proof of diety because Adam had no father or mother. The problem with this comparison is that mankind had a beginning, therefore, of course, Adam didn’t have parents. But this doesn’t make him the same as Jesus, as this still doesn’t change the fact that Jesus is called the Word of Allah and a Spirit from Allah while Adam is not.

Also, the concept that Allah says “Be and it is” is not true. Allah created Adam using his hands from mud (clay)[2] and then blew his spirit into him. Did Allah say “Be” before he used his hands to mould Adam or afterwards? If before then what’s the purpose of saying “Be” that’s like building a car and once you’re finished saying “Be” that makes no sense! You still used your hands to make the car the same as Allah made Adam.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2134

If he said “Be” after moulding the clay with his hands makes no sense Allah still used mud and his hands to create Adam and THEN said “Be” after the fact? If we look into the account of how Isa (non-biblical Jesus) was created we see that he was not made with mud or clay, and Allah didn’t use his hands.

The creation of Isa involved Jibril blowing into Islamic Mary’s vagina found in the Surat l-anbiyāa (The Prophets). This is completely different from how Adam was created! The relevant verse is provided below, bear in mind the different translations and how they render the verse, keep in mind that words in the brackets [] are not found in the Arabic.

Surat l-anbiyāa (The Prophets)

Look at some of the rediculous and deceptive ways Muslims translate the verse. Halali & Khan says “We breathed into (the sleeves of ) her (shirt or garment)” since when do babies come from the sleeves of woman? Pickthall says “We breathed into (something)” so Allah doesn’t know what that “something” is? Saheeh International translates it as “We breathed into [garment]” again is Allah saying babies come from clothing, the god of Islam is in the dry cleaning business?

The Arabic is clear it says Jibril breathed into Mary’s vagina (فَرْجَهَا, farjaha) and Muslims claim they hold Mary in the highest honour, put the word in Google Translate and you’ll get “her vagina.”

Here’s a screenshot of the Arabic in Google Translate, try it for yourself.

Google Translate (فَرْجَهَا, farjaha)

There’s no way around it when we look directly at the sources of Islam instead of taking what Muslims tell us at face value we see they are not telling the truth. And that’s how these Muslim missionaries like Dawahpedia lie to people to deceive them into a false religious sex cult.

Conclusion

What have we learnt today? Well that Jesus is called “the Word of Allah and a spirit from Allah” this is a possessive noun in the genitive case. No other person in the Qur’an has this title, it belongs solely to Jesus. Adam and Jesus were not created the same, Allah used his hands in creating Adam, and Jibril blew into the false Mary’s vagina making her pregnant with Isa (fake Jesus). And this can be confirmed by copying the Arabic text and translating it through Google Translate.

Remember here we do not hate Muslims, we love them and want them to come to Jesus Christ for eternal life. Jesus Christ said He’s the only way to the Father, in other words unless you believe in the real Jesus who’s the Son of God who died on the cross and rose from the dead on the 3rd day. Then you’ll cannot have eternal life. Make a choice Muslims what’s it going to be Muhammad and the Qur’an or Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible?

Footnotes

[1] What is nominal Christianity? Nominalism can be understood as possessing a name, title, or label that is ultimately meaningless due to its empty formality. Thus, a nominal Christian is simply a “Christian” in name only. Though they may attend church services or may believe some of the basic doctrines of the Christian faith, they lack a true relationship with Christ and have failed to surrender the entirety of their lives to Him as their Lord and Savior by way of genuine faith and repentance. The church of Sardis is a prime example of nominal Christianity. Revelation 3:1 states, “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write…’I know your works, that you have a name of being alive, but you are dead.’” Though many in the church of Sardis claimed Christianity and performed many of the common church functions, Jesus boldly declared that their name was baseless, and they were spiritually dead. Though it may seem harsh or unloving, Jesus had compassion on these nominal Christians and was wanting to make them aware of the reality of their spiritual condition before it was too late. [2] 15:26 Surely We created man of a clay of mud moulded,

From Hinduism, then Atheism to Islam (Answering Dawahmotivation)

In perusing Islamic blogs, I came across Dawahmotivation a blog devoted to encouraging Muslims who are motivated in inviting people to Islam (dawah). I’ll go as far to say that due to the teachings of Islam Muslims are highly motivated in sharing their faith. Christians should be just as if not more motivated because we have a message no one else has. That salvation is given through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to those who believe.

Muslims on the other hand don’t share their faith because they care about people they do it because they’re trying to do good deeds in order to earn Jannah. This is highly important! In Christianity, the teaching of doing good deeds is absolutely part of the faith, but we’re not trying to earn our way to Heaven. On account that Christ has already done the perfect work for us leaves us free to genuinely share the message of salvation through love.

In the original article From Hinduism, then Atheism to Islam a girl went from Hinduism to Atheist then Islam because of conversations between herself and a Muslima. Truthfully speaking she left Hinduism and ended up back in Hinduism, how you may be thinking? Well Islam is not different from Hinduism, in the Qur’ān the largest chapter is devoted to the Cow called Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow).

In the Cow chapter, there’s a verse in which Allah said to hit a dead man with a piece of beef and he will come back from the dead.

This is why Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) is called the Hindu chapter. Muslims have no guarantee of salvation, ask if they’ll make it to Jannah If they’re honest they’ll answer they don’t know?

Fortunately for anyone who has Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour is guaranteed salvation, we read it in multiple places all throughout the Bible. Therefore, we don’t need to guess we know that we have salvation (1 John 5:13).[1] Here are the words of Jesus Christ who promises Eternal Life to those who are His.

John 10:25-30

Of course, Abdools claim the Bible has been “corrupted” even though the Qur’ān makes no mention of the Torah or Injil being corrupted. Additionally, it cannot be corrupted as Muhammad told people to read it (Surah 5:68; 10:94) and we have manuscripts proving that the Bible of Muhammad’s day was the same as the one we have today?

5:68 Al-Ma’idah
10:94 Yunus

Let’s go with the Muslim argument that the Bible is “corrupted”, this would prove that Allah is a false god who cannot protect his books. It would also mean that Muhammad is a false prophet as he directed people to read the Torah and Injil. And if they want to claim the Torah and Injil are different from the one we have today, the burden of proof is on them to prove this to be the case.

Back to the issue at hand, this poor girl went from Hinduism and became an Atheist and lastly she was deceived into the cult of Islam. Apparently, they had conversations about being covered (Hijab).

I met her 2 years back during my 12th-grade exams. She was my exam partner and she disliked the way I dressed as I was a fully covered Hijabi. She started the conversation by asking if I was forced to be dressed this way and I explained to her why I was willingly covering myself in a certain way and since then she wanted to change the way I was thinking of this and wanted to show me that this is clear oppression for females and I was just being brainwashed by different people around me. We used to have small conversations now and then and slowly I diverted the topic of hijab to God’s existence and Oneness and Alhamdulillah after 1 and a half year-long conversations… She was finally convinced and she called me at night and said she didn’t want to wait anymore and that she wanted to embrace Islam! Alhamdulillah, she took her Shahadah last night

From Hinduism, then Atheism to Islam

To answer the question if women in Islam are forced to wear Hijab the short answer is yes. We don’t say anything here without providing references, here we go:

33:59 Al-Ahzab

Here we have the Qur’ān saying that women are to cover themselves so that they will not be abused. I wonder if the Muslima can explain why she would be abused if she didn’t wear a Hijab? She then mentions that she changed the topic to talk about the Oneness of Allah.

Allah himself doesn’t agree with this as he says he’s the best of the creators, saying there are other creators besides himself. This is found in 23:14 Al-Mu’minun.

23:14 Al-Mu’minun

Allah also said that if he wanted to have children he would take a wife from Us Surah Al-Anbya verse 17. This is a confession from Allah that there are others like him, he’s not the only one as Muslims claim there’s nothing comparable to Allah. But in this verse, Allah is saying he would take a wife from the houris or angels.

21:17 Al-Anbya

This means Allah is not unique and whether Allah has taken a wife or not is not the question, what is the question is he’s saying it’s possible for him to have a son but he would need a wife first. And the “Us” spoken of here are the angels. Let’s confirm this from their own scholars.

21:17 Tafsir al-Jalalayn

Even their scholars agree that Allah is not unique as he could take a wife from the beautiful-eyed houris. This Allah cannot be god because he has limitations, therefore, he cannot be almighty. To prove this point that he’s limited we turn to Surah Al-An’am verse 101.

6:101 Al-An’am

Allah according to his own words is like any human who needs a partner in order to have children, that means he has limitations just like any human.

Conclusion

What have we learned from this, well this girl who left Hinduism only turn to a cult that also practises the same as the Hindus as Allah said to hit a dead man with beef (heifer) to bring them back to life [2:73]. Christians who are saved by trusting in Jesus Christ are guaranteed salvation [1 John 5:13], unlike Islam where they cannot know if they will make it to Jannah. The Qur’ān confirms the Bible and therefore, the narrative that’s it’s “corrupted” is false [5:68, 10:94]. Women in Islam are forced to wear a Hijab so they are not abused [33:59], and lastly, Allah is not unique as he needs a woman to have children [23:14, 21:17, 6:101].

Once again we don’t hate Muslims, we are here to tell the truth so that Muslims can have their eyes opened to the truth. That Jesus Christ is God and He wants them to be saved by trusting in Him by accepting the historical Crucifixion and Resurrection [2] of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. I would love to hear from Dawahmotivation on these very important issues. Let’s see if they will respond to the points made in this post?

Let’s continue to pray for our Muslim friends that they will be saved by trusting in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins.
